What does resilience coaching involve?
The first thing we can do is have a chat by phone to make sure we both feel comfortable working with each other.
Then we can meet and to out more about your goals and aspirations and what you hope to get out of the sessions.
We can then tailor a package that meets your needs deciding what’s best for you, such as when, where and how often we meet or catch up.
During our sessions together we’ll work as a team. We’ll discuss strategies that are evidence-based, taken from cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, careers coaching, positive psychology or hypnotherapy and then agree how you can apply them in between sessions.
When you’ve achieved your coaching goals we’ll either set new ones or you will take what you’ve learnt and use them throughout your life.
You’ll always be able to arrange future sessions if you identify new goals.
