Resilient Minds has been created as a response to a need identified by Ian Guest for high quality stress management and resilience training and coaching.
After a number of years working as a hypnotherapist, specialising in stress and anxiety, Ian recognised that more could be done in organisations and in communities to better prepare people for life’s inevitable challenges.
By investing in stress management and resilience training and coaching, individuals, businesses and communities can develop the skills they need that can act as a buffer against negative and difficult thoughts and emotions. This in turn allows them focus their energies on the things that matter to them and are in line with their values.
By building resilience, individuals can improve their wellbeing as well as their productivity and performance in the workplace.
Ian is a qualified hypnotherapist and careers coach who has worked both as a practitioner, helping clients to achieve their potential, as well as a senior manager, developing strategies and managing teams.
He has worked both in the private and public sector and has experienced the pressures of tight deadlines, budget cuts and meeting the needs of complex and vulnerable clients.
Ian’s aim is to help people live interesting, enriching and fulfilling lives.
